Kembang Kol Gochujang (Cauliflower Gochujang)

Bahan:

Saus:

  • 1/3 cup Saus tomat

  • 2 sdm Gochujang

  • 2 sdm Korean rice syrup

  • 1 sdm kecap manis

  • 2 sdt cuka beras

  • 1 sdm tepung jagung/maizena

  • 2 sdt bawang putih cincang

  • cup Air

Batter:

  • 1/3 cup tepung terigu

  • 1/2 cup air

  • 1 sdm tepung jagung/maizena

  • 1 sdt Baking powder

  • 1 sdt Garam

  • Bread crumbs secukupnya

  • Kembang kol 500 gram

Topping:

  • Wijen

  • Daun bawang


Cara-caranya:

  • Potong kembang kol kecil2 sesuai selera, cuci bersih

  • Campurkan adonan tepung

  • Celupkan kembang kol ke dalam adonan tepung sampai semua terbalurkan

  • Panaskan wajan dengan minyak kelapa, goreng kembang kol sampai kecoklatan, angkat, sisihkan

  • Panaskan wajan yang lain, kemudian masukan bahan bumbu saus, aduk sampai matang

  • Masukkan kembang kol goreng, aduk sampai rata dan terlihat matang.

  • Matikan api, angkat kembang kol

  • Taburkan wijen dan irisan daun bawang

  • Cauliflower gochujang siap di santap dengan nasi panas

Sauce:

  • 1/3 cup tomato sauce

  • 2 tbsp Gochujang

  • 2 tbsp Korean rice syrup

  • 1 tbsp sweet soy sauce

  • 2 tsp rice vinegar

  • 1 tbsp corn flour

  • 2 tsp mince garlic

  • 1 cup water


Batter:

  • 1/3 cup flour

  • 1/2 cup water

  • 1 tbsp corn flour

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1 tsp salt

  • Bread crumbs

  • 500 gr cauliflower

Topping:

  • Sesame

  • Mince spring onion

How To:

  • Cut the cauliflower into pieces, wash well.

  • Mix all batter ingredients in a bowl.

  • Dip cauliflower into wet batter until all covered.

  • Heat coconut oil on the pan, fry the cauliflower until golden brown, set aside.

  • Heat new pan to cook the sauce until aromatic.

  • Add the fried cauliflower, until well done.

  • Set aside.

  • Prepare a personal size bowl with rice in it, add cauliflower on top.

  • Sprinkle sesame & mince spring onion.

  • Cauliflower gochujang is ready for your lunch or dinner.
