Leo’s Spaghetti Podomoro

Bahan-bahan:
Olive oil
Lada dan Garam
Spaghetti
Tomat ceri
Daun basil segar
Canned chopped Italian tomatoes
Keju parmesan
Dried oregano
Cara-caranya:
Rebus pasta sampai al dente.
Kemudian di wajan terpisah, panaskan minyak 3 sdm.
Tuang tomat ceri ke dalam wajan, aduk sesekali, sampai tomat matang dan mulai hancur.
Tambahkan canned chopped Italian tomatoes dan aduk hingga tercampur. Bumbui dengan sedikit garam dan lada, masukkan daun basil dan oregano, kecilkan api agar saus matang secara merata. Aduk sesekali, sampai cairan berkurang dan menjadi kental kira-kira 8–10 menit.
Masukkan pasta al dente, aduk sampai saus tercampur merata, sekitar 1 menit.
Angkat & sajikan di piring, parutkan keju parmesan di atasnya. Pasta siap dinikmati!

Olive oil
Salt & Pepper
Spaghetti
Cherry tomato
Fresh Basil
Canned chopped Italian tomatoes
Parmesan cheese
Dried oregano
How To:
Boil pasta until al dente.
Heat pan with 3 tbsp olive oil.
Add cherry tomatoes into the pan, stir until tomato is cooked & mashed.
Add the canned chopped Italian tomatoes, mix well. add salt & pepper, basil and oregano, lower heat until the sauce subside for 8-10 mins.
Add pasta, mix well for 1 min.
Took pasta with thongs, swirl onto plate, grate parmesan on top. Happy eating!
