Pesto dari Kebun Sendiri (Pesto from My Garden)
Resepnya:
Bahan:
1/2 cup kacang mente panggang
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup keju parmesan parut
2 cups Basil (kemangi Italia)
2 siung bawang putih
1/4 sdm garam
1 sdm perasan lemon
Cara-caranya:
Siapkan pasta.
Campurkan basil/kemangi, kacang mete, parmesan, perasan lemon, bawang putih, garam, dan olive oil ke dalam blender.
Hangatkan wajan (api kecil saja), kemudian masukkan olive oil secukupnya ke dalam wajan.
Masukkan pasta ke wajan, campurkan dengan adonan basil yang telah dihaluskan. Berikan sedikit garam. Aduk-aduk hingga rata.
Voilaaa pasta siap disantap!

Ingredients:
1/2 cup roasted cashew nuts
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup shredded parmesan
2 cups Basil
2 cloves garlic
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp lemon juice
How To:
Boil pasta until al dente.
Make the pesto by adding basil, cashew nuts, parmesan, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and olive oil into the blender.
Warm the pan, with a drizzle of olive oil.
Add pasta into the pan, fold the pesto, add salt. mix them well.
Voilaaa your Pasta Pesto is ready!
