Pesto dari Kebun Sendiri (Pesto from My Garden)







Resepnya:

Bahan:

  • 1/2 cup kacang mente panggang

  • 1/2 cup olive oil

  • 1/2 cup keju parmesan parut

  • 2 cups Basil (kemangi Italia)

  • 2 siung bawang putih

  • 1/4 sdm garam

  • 1 sdm perasan lemon


Cara-caranya:

  • Siapkan pasta.

  • Campurkan basil/kemangi, kacang mete, parmesan, perasan lemon, bawang putih, garam, dan olive oil ke dalam blender.

  • Hangatkan wajan (api kecil saja), kemudian masukkan olive oil secukupnya ke dalam wajan.

  • Masukkan pasta ke wajan, campurkan dengan adonan basil yang telah dihaluskan. Berikan sedikit garam. Aduk-aduk hingga rata.

  • Voilaaa pasta siap disantap!

  • 1/2 cup roasted cashew nuts

  • 1/2 cup olive oil

  • 1/2 cup shredded parmesan

  • 2 cups Basil

  • 2 cloves garlic

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp lemon juice


How To:

  • Boil pasta until al dente.

  • Make the pesto by adding basil, cashew nuts, parmesan, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and olive oil into the blender.

  • Warm the pan, with a drizzle of olive oil.

  • Add pasta into the pan, fold the pesto, add salt. mix them well.

  • Voilaaa your Pasta Pesto is ready!
