Vegan Chocolate Truffles



Resepnya:

Bahan-bahan:

  • 1 cup kurma (rendam 2 jam dengan air panas)

  • 1/2 cup kacang mete sangrai

  • 6 sdt Cocoa powder (homemade atau yg ready made)

  • 2 sdt Cocoa butter (atau minyak kelapa)

  • chocolate powder untuk garnish


Cara-caranya:

  • Kurma yang sudah ditiriskan, kemudian dibuang bijinya.

  • Blender semua bahan sampai benar-benar halus padat.

  • Bentuk adonan bulat-bulat seukuran bola pingpong.

  • Taburi cocoa powder diatasnya.

  • Masukkan ke dalam kulkas selama 2 jam.

  • Choco ball siap disantap.

The Recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup dates (soak for 2 hour with hot water)

  • 1/2 cup roasted cashew

  • 6 tsp Cocoa powder (homemade or ready made)

  • 2 tsp Cocoa butter (or coconut oil)

  • chocolate powder for garnish


Directions:

  • Pull the dates seed out.

  • Blend all ingredients until smooth and firm.

  • Shape the batter into pingpong balls.

  • Sprinkle cocoa powder until balls are fully covered.

  • Put in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

  • There you go, your vegan chocolate truffles ready for your snack.
