Vegan Nasi Goreng Kimchi



Resepnya:

Bahan-bahan:

  • 1 cup nasi

  • 3 sdm Kimchi (vegan preferred)

  • 1 sdm Bawang Bombay

  • 1/3 sdm Daun bawang

  • 2 sdt kecap asin

  • Garam secukupnya

  • Bubuk jamur secukupnya

  • 1 sdt minyak wijen


Untuk taburan:

  • Rumput laut kering

  • Wijen sangrai


Cara-caranya:

  • Masukan semua bumbu, masak sampai harum

  • Tambahkan nasi, aduk sampai rata

  • Angkat, taburi dengan rumput laut kering & wijen. Selamat mencoba

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rice

  • 3 tbsp Kimchi (vegan preferred)

  • 1 tbsp onion

  • 1/3 tsp spring onion

  • 2 tsp soy sauce

  • salt

  • mushroom powder

  • 1 tsp sesame oil


Topping:

  • Dried seaweed

  • Roasted sesame


How To:

  • Cook all ingredients until aromatic.

  • Add rice, mix well.

  • Scoop fried rice into a bowl or plate, sprinkle with chopped seaweed & roasted sesame. happy eating!
