Vegetarian Nangka Katsu





Resepnya:

Bahan-bahan:

  • 250 gr nangka muda rebus yg sudah disuir

  • 1,5 cup tepung terigu

  • 1,5 cup tepung roti

  • 1 butir telur, kocok acak

  • 1/2 sdt garam

  • 1/2 sdt bubuk garlic

  • 1/2 sdt kaldu jamur

  • 1/4 sdt merica bubuk

  • 2 cup minyak untuk deep fried


Cara-caranya:

  • Tuang garam, bubuk garlic, kaldu jamur & merica bubuk ke dalam 250 gr nangka suir, aduk dengan tangan sampai tercampur rata.

  • Tambahkan tepung terigu sebanyak 2 sendok makan, aduk sampai rata.

  • Bagi 2 adonan nangka, kemudian pipihkan masing-masing adonan.

  • Secara bergantian, balur nangka pipih dengan tepung terigu,

  • Dilanjutkan dengan mencelupkan ke dalam piring berisi telur

  • Kemudian balurkan dengan tepung roti.

  • Deepfry (goreng) adonan nangka sampai kecoklatan.

  • Angkat, sisihkan, & iris sesuai selera

  • Untuk plating, siapkan parutan sayur kol yg direndam es batu, tata di atas piring.

  • Katsu nangka siap disantap dengan dicelupkan/dicocol kecap katsu - merk "bulldog" - or demi glace.

 

The Recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 250 gr shredded young jackfruit

  • 1,5 cup flour

  • 1,5 cup breadcrumbs/panko

  • 1 egg, whisk

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp mushroom powder

  • 1/4 tsp pepper

  • 2 cup coconut oil for frying

How To:

  • Combine the shredded jackfruit with salt, garlic powder, mushroom powder, & pepper, mix well.

  • Add 2 tbsp of flour, mix well.

  • Divide jackfruit mix into 2 parts, shape into flatten.

  • Then cover each jackfruit mix with flour.

  • continue into the egg.

  • then cover with breadcrumbs.

  • Deep fry them until golden brown..

  • When it is set, cut the katsu as you prefer.

  • Plating them with your favorite side dish, we pair it with cold shredded cabbage.

  • The jackfruit katsu is ready to be served, don’t forget the katsu dip ‘bulldog’ sauce.
